Limited Lifetime Exhuast/Component Warranty
Our limited lifetime warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility for any warranty claim.
Electronics Warranty
MAD’s electronics warranty covers all manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the delivery date.
This applies to products such as LED lights, valve controllers, and other electronic components.
To process a claim, proof of the issue such as a photo or video is required.
What’s Covered?
- Defects in Materials: Any failure of the product due to material flaws.
- Defects in Workmanship: Any failure resulting from poor workmanship during the manufacturing process.
If you experience any issues with your MAD product under normal usage, we will repair or replace the defective item at no charge, subject to the conditions outlined below.
What’s Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modification of the product
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
- Any damage incurred after the product has been used for purposes outside of its intended application
- Shipping costs associated with warranty claims
Eligibility for Warranty Claims
To qualify for warranty coverage, you must:
- Be the original purchaser of the product
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt)
- Have the product installed by a professional (if installation is required)
- Submit photos or videos documenting the defect or issue
Warranty claims are subject to review and inspection by our team. If approved, we will repair or replace the defective item with a comparable product. If a comparable replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your MAD product is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the defect
- Proof of professional installation (if applicable)
We will review your claim and provide further instructions on how to proceed. Warranty claims may take up to 7-10 business days to process after receiving all required information.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
This limited lifetime warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is valid for the lifetime of the product under normal usage. MAD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice and without obligation to make modifications to previously manufactured products.
