MAD (Mastery of Art and Design) BMW F87 M2C S55 Single Midpipe Resonated With Brace
The MAD resonated single midpipe for the F87 M2 Competition is designed to smooth out the S55’s exhaust tone while reducing rasp and improving overall sound quality. This setup replaces the factory dual midpipe with a more direct single-pipe design, giving the car a deeper and cleaner tone without making it overly loud.
The resonated version adds a built-in resonator to help control drone and refine the sound, making it perfect for daily driving or cars with aftermarket downpipes and axle-backs. You get a more aggressive note, but with a polished and deeper character.
Each midpipe includes a custom brace to maintain proper chassis clearance and perfect fitment. The system installs easily with only 2 cuts required on the factory exhaust system and Included clamps.

F87 M2C Single Resonated Mid Pipe
The quality of the welds and the pipe is great. The fitment was spot on and the sound with valves open is really good, there is virtually no rasp or drone. With valves closed it sounds stock. The only thing to be weary of here is there is no instructions anywhere on the internet (including from MAD). So you’ll have to do some measuring and probably cut a little less than you need first then cut again to get it dialed. Really not a big deal with the right tools. Highly recommend. Best value for your money.
