Parts Inspection Policy

At MAD, we prioritize the quality of our products and want to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. As soon as you receive your parts, please inspect them thoroughly before starting the installation process.

Important:

  • Inspect all parts before installation to ensure there are no visible defects or damage.
  • Once parts are installed, they will not be eligible for coverage or replacement due to damage.

By carefully reviewing your parts prior to installation, you help protect your investment and avoid any potential issues.



Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order. However, this is only eligible for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you did not purchase directly from us, please begin your claim with the original place of purchase. All claims must be initiated through the original seller, and any refunds, if approved, will be processed by them.
  • If you did purchase directly from us and wish to return your item(s), please Contact us here. Be sure to include your name and order number in your request.
  • Once you’ve received authorization from us, we will provide return instructions and a delivery address. Please ensure you obtain authorization before sending any item(s) back for processing.
  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected by our team. Upon approval, we will issue a refund via your original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

NOTE: If any product has been modified or damaged in any way, it is not eligible for return.

Fitment Issues 

For returns or exchanges due to fitment issues, we require that the item(s) be installed by a professional. In addition, you must provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue. All returns related to fitment concerns are subject to inspection by our team prior to processing. 


Order Changes and Cancellations

To cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. Please note that because orders are often processed the same day they are placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, our returns policy will apply.

At Mastery of Art and Design (MAD), we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our products.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our limited lifetime warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility for any warranty claim.

What’s Covered?

  • Defects in Materials: Any failure of the product due to material flaws.
  • Defects in Workmanship: Any failure resulting from poor workmanship during the manufacturing process.

If you experience any issues with your MAD product under normal usage, we will repair or replace the defective item at no charge, subject to the conditions outlined below.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modification of the product
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
  • Any damage incurred after the product has been used for purposes outside of its intended application
  • Shipping costs associated with warranty claims

Eligibility for Warranty Claims

To qualify for warranty coverage, you must:

  • Be the original purchaser of the product
  • Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt)
  • Have the product installed by a professional (if installation is required)
  • Submit photos or videos documenting the defect or issue

Warranty claims are subject to review and inspection by our team. If approved, we will repair or replace the defective item with a comparable product. If a comparable replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your MAD product is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defect
  • Proof of professional installation (if applicable)

We will review your claim and provide further instructions on how to proceed. Warranty claims may take up to 7-10 business days to process after receiving all required information.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

This limited lifetime warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is valid for the lifetime of the product under normal usage. MAD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice and without obligation to make modifications to previously manufactured products.
