Many MAD products are designed for off-road, racing, or closed-course competition use only. Installation and use of these products on public roads may violate local, state, or federal laws.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is legal for their intended use and location. MAD assumes no responsibility for misuse, improper installation, or illegal use of our products.
3. Emissions and Compliance Disclaimer
Some MAD products, including but not limited to catless downpipes, alter or remove factory emissions-control components. As a result, these products are not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled vehicles operated on public roads, highways, or streets in the United States.
All emissions-related products are intended for off-road, race, or closed-course competition use only, where such modifications are permitted.
By purchasing or installing these products, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

They are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local emissions laws.

MAD and its dealers, distributors, and affiliates disclaim all liability for damages, fines, penalties, or losses arising from unlawful or improper use.

Use of these parts on public roads may violate the Federal Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. § 7522) and similar state regulations.

It is the buyer’s duty to verify legality before purchase, installation, or use.
If you are uncertain about the legality of a product in your area, contact your local regulatory authorities before purchasing or installing.
4. Ordering and Payment
All orders placed through www.mad-us.com are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, fraud, or suspicious activity.
Payment must be completed before shipment. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, or other options listed at checkout.
5. Shipping
Products are in stock unless stated otherwise on the product page.

In-stock items will ship within 24 business hours.

Out-of-stock items will show an estimated ETA on the product page. Please note this is only an estimate and not guaranteed.
Once shipped, MAD is not responsible for carrier delays or damages caused in transit. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Returns

No restocking fee on brand-new products.

MAD covers the original shipping cost for retail customers, but the buyer must cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Wholesale accounts are responsible for both the original and return shipping costs on any returned items, even if the products are new and unused.

Used items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and approved by MAD before shipment.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
7. Warranty
MAD offers a lifetime warranty on all products except the following:

Catalytic converters: Lifetime warranty on the pipe, 2-year warranty on the catalytic core.

Lighting products: 1-year warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or modifications.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by MAD.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
All MAD products are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated.
Performance parts may increase stress on vehicle systems and components. Installation and use are at the buyer’s own risk.
MAD makes no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding:

Durability, performance, or emissions compliance
We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, property, or persons resulting from the installation or use of our products.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MAD, its owners, employees, dealers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products — including but not limited to:

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MAD from all claims, losses, or damages related to product use.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on www.mad-us.com — including text, logos, product images, graphics, and videos — is the property of MAD and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of any materials from this site is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. We collect limited customer data necessary to process orders and improve service.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to complete transactions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of MAD’s state and city, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of MAD’s state and city.
